Is it Time to Spring Clean your Feeds?

In the age of Twitter and Facebook, people are pondering the question if feeds and feedreaders are still important.

If you haven’t read your feeds in a while, it may be time to evaluate your feed subscriptions.

If you use Google Reader to read your feeds, you can go to “Trends” and see who you read the most.

Alternately you can also see who do you read the least, and/or who hasn’t updated their information in a while.

I just deleted 2 feeds from my account who haven’t updated their blogs since 2008! You can also check the popularity of blog by clicking the “obscure” tab.

Why wait for spring cleaning to go over your feeds? Whenever you have spare time, just review and ask yourself if you are still interested in the blog or not.
