How Come its So Hard for Companies to say ” Thank You ” ?

She received a bill in the mail yesterday and compared it to one that she received last week.

One bill said “Thank You for Your Payment” and the other bill did not say the same.

Its something that in expressing a simple statement of gratitude can go a long way in showing appreciation to existing customers.
