A WordPress Designer honors his grandfather

Its not often when two of my worlds collide. I could not help but to bring this story to light.

“A few years before he passed away my Grandfather was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease – a disease that affects more than 26.6 million people every year (more than 1 in 100 people).”
