Need to increase your survey return rates? Provide a stamp!

This warning comes from the one and the only COO.

Gram got a survey in the mail. It asked her to fill out out and return it by a certain date.

“How can I return this if I have no means of doing so. I can’t afford to waste any stamps on a fixed income, plus I’m too old to be walking 1/2 a mile to the post office for ONE stamp!”

Lesson learned. if you want to increase your mail survey return rate, provide a stamp.
