Those pens and pencils in that cup

Here’s a tip you can use in between tasks.

You know that cup and/or box of pens and pencils you have on the desk?

If you are anything like me, you only use a few of them, not all of them.

Take 10 -15 minutes to test the pens out.

Pens dry up.

If the ink comes out, great! If not, toss.

This is called “making room for what works”.
